Step 1. Log in to the portal.
Step 2. Search ''Attendance Sheet List'' in the search bar.
Step 3. Click ''New''
Note: Make sure you have generated a Attendance Sheet before submitting it.
Step 4. Fill out the necessary details.

Step 5. Click ''Save'' then it will automatically redirect you to the document you have saved. See sample below
Step 6. click the ''Upload'' button, attach the Attendance Sheet file you have generated.
Step 7. After attaching the file, click the ''Attach'' button (top right portion)
You can also click the ''Select uploaded file'' this is a shortcut from selecting a conduct file you have generated. See sample below.
After filling out the details, click ''Submit'' to confirm
